Strawberries (Fragaria) are made of several fleshy fruits-producing ovaries. They are considered as an accessory aggregate fruit that is bright red color with juicy texture of sweetness. Strawberries contain antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamin C, folate, potassium, manganese, magnesium and fiber. They are eaten fresh, but also popular as syrups, toppings, preserves, juice, pies, smoothies, and many dessert recipes.
