White Grape
The skin of a white grape is typically green color, and often is covered with a lighter-colored epicuticular wax “bloom” that can be rubbed off. The most popular white grape varies are Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio. They contain high vitamins C and K. They can be eaten fresh, but popular for wine makings.
